It looks more like a copy of a Selmer Mark 7, based on the keywork.

Yes, I’ll go with the above: Chinese Selmer copy , an old one.
If it was a Grassi it would have the Grassi logo on the Bell plus the logo on the neck octave should be a ‘G’ not an S. Good looking sax though!

That knock-off looks wayyy closer to the real thing than some of the counterfeits being produced today. You'd think copies would get better, not worse.
