Hi all - this week's 'lockdown ballad'. Difficult to chose whether to do this on alto (6M) or tenor but this one did the business I think. I tried it on a transitional as well - a horn that I usually prefer live to the 10M, but the 10M records so well.
Mpc is a Link Florida USA STM 9*.
Enjoy.

I always enjoy your videos! Beautiful classic Link sound and beautiful playing.

Thank you for posting!
Thanks 10mfan - no small compliment from someone so knowledgeable and studied when it comes to sax sound. Much appreciated.
It is a gorgeous mouthpiece to play - combination with both my Conns is fabulous.
Of course - always sounds better in the room then recorded, though. I will I could truly capture the fatness of it when you're standing there!

Thanks
yes, i noticed the ballad my one and only love" on the handcraft, that is one of my tenors.
So good to hear a vintage horn, playing in that manner.
One cant say a martin" cant be a master of the balled.
My word - that one was years and years ago!
I don't have that Martin anymore. Nice horn though - very nice.
