Cleaning up my studio, I found this in my stash of neglected books. I believe it is out of print now and very hard to find so I feel real fortunate that I have it.

Here is my dilemna. I bought it years ago, but I never really figured out how to practice with this book. It looks like an outstanding resource and I want to work with it for a while. For those who have it, have you benefited from it and do you have any pointers?

(I know that Fred Lipsius has visited this site a few times and I sure wish he would chime in with some pointers.)

I have watched the above video and see some merit in positive expectation etc. Kind of a psychocybernetics kind of ring to it. And Fred's playing is a testament to the fact that whatever he did certainly worked. But, at some point, there must be some work done. I would still love to see some practical approaches to using the book.
