Help...my 11 year old son has been playing the tenor sax for a little over a year now and absolutely loves it. He is in his middle school jazz band and wants to get a head start on a Christmas song. Does anyone have the sheet music to 'The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)? I cannot find it any where and this would make his day.

We are going to get him a book...I was just trying to get a head start with this specific song he really wants learn...especially since it was announced today that Clarence Clemons will be releasing a few christmas songs this year and this song is one of them.

Doubt that you'll find just the sheet music for that song, but I've been proven wrong before! Good luck.

It's a really simple melody to pick out but it is in the book "Christmas Favorites by Hal Leonard. Make sure to get the tenor sax version. The book has a pretty simple arrangement that he could easily get under his belt. Get it at WWBW, sheetmusicplus.com, or Amazon. I know sheetmusicplus is running a special on Christmas music and it looks like WWBW may be as well. Good time to pick it up!
