It's been translated into several languages, and in Spanish they have entitled it "Cuándo, cuándo, cuándo," and, in fact, there are several famous recordings of it in Spanish, by singers such as Gilberto Santarosa, so I would search for it with both spellings. I don't remember which spelling Pat Boone chose for his famous recording.
The original song is originally witten in and by an Italian composer, Tony Renis https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quando_quando_quando ( who later became a famous Hollywood soundtracks writer) and although Al Martino did spell it differently the one OP is looking for is spelled quando quando quando (as most people do)
