I look for a Tenor piece with a even sound not bright
dark as a Link but not the spread sound of a Large Chamber
No step Baffle like a Berg,,,,not bright....
A medium Chamber with very small Roll-over Baffle....

any Ideas ?

My Freddie Gregory MKIII metal can be all that. Not to bright but enough edge when pushed, great link vibe, not spread but compact,it has a long rollover baffle.I think it is a great mix of a Guardala and a link.

speak to Phil Engleman, (Phil-Tone), he has a range of of mouthpieces and something may suit your needs, I think he can also make you a custom piece - http://www.phil-tone.com/ - there's a lot of support for his work on the forum.

I just bought his alto piece called the Solstice, and it's gorgeous, and for the money his pieces are excellent value.

Dark....even....not spread.....medium chamber?

Doc Tenney HR Meyer 10 (.105)....yes, a Meyer on tenor. This was the first piece that came to mind when reading your description. Doc's Meyer tenor piece is one of the most even sounding/playing, darker medium chamber tenor pieces I have played.

The Jody Jazz HR* is a similar design, and very affordable, but they tend to be brighter than Doc's Meyer.
