I mentioned on another thread that these horns are not chinese, but vietnamese. And they are not junk. I own a Selmer Mark VI tenor, and I recently bought a Swing Street Mark X alto, which is a re-engineered Mark VI design. The most impressive thing about the horn is how solid everything is. It's built to withstand a lot of intense playing, with low maintenance. Super action, good pads, springs, keys, and arms. It just seems very well made. I own a number of horns, and I put this among the better ones I have purchased.
