Hey Folks,

I've added a new lesson on enclosure practice to my online jazz improvisation lessons page called "Technique Through Concepts; Surround Tone Patterns." If you have a moment, visit the site and check out the lesson descriptions from this and the other lessons. Here are links to the lessons page and my YouTube channel where you can see samples from this lesson and many others.

Thanks!

Randy

I've added the second part in this series to my jazz improv lessons page. This one is called, "Technique Through Concepts; From Concept to Improv." The lesson deals with incorporating the concepts (patterns, etc.) you are working on into your improvised solos. This lesson, like most of the others, includes a written PDF with exercises, etc., to take to the practice room with you. Here's a link to a sample:

This lesson, along with many others, is available at:

I hope you'll take a look!

I follow you on YouTube and your lessons are incredible not to mention your playing is top notch.

If I wasn't so keen on getting out of the South I would move to Atlanta to take lessons from you.

Thanks for sharing Randy.
