Anyone have any information on this piece? It's a Sugal Super Classic I, grenadillia wood mouthpiece that I jsut came into by chance and I lvoe it, but I'm having a tough time getting the bottom of the lower octave to pop out without sounding like a chainsaw.

Of course, besides tips on me learning to play my horn (har har), any information on the piece would be nice...i know a little bit, but, not enough to satisfy my thirst for knowledge of my equipment

The finishing on Sugals pieces is pretty rough. And wood tends to warp some which could effect the table and facing dramatically, which could effect the lower octave......daryl
