I tried to start a new thread in June and it never appeared. I then tried using the Contact Us form two times to raise the matter and got no response. What's going on!?

well, the first few threads seem to undergo a manual monitoring process (to prevent people registering and opening accounts with the intent to do something against the rule, it is possible that it was deemed unfit or suspicious)
Obviously you could post this, remebember that you cannot sell or buy anything nor it is a good idea to promote products with your first few threads

Your first post was still on 'to be moderated/approved' states (which happens with the first posts of all new members).
It probably got overlooked by the moderators, sorry for that.
