I've posted a few times before regarding the Frozen shoulder procedures I needed. My right was done a couple years ago and my left was released in late August. My left shoulder not only hurt like crazy but was messy with the Ulnar nerve creating all sorts of finger coordination issues. Very frustrating - like playing with flippers. So during my recovery, I've been doing some simply shoulder rotation moves and stretches. I have notice considerable improvement in my hand response. It's hard to explain - moves that were once easy became difficult.
This morning I was dealing with a few technical things that weren't clean. I took a moment to do some shoulder stretches and the issue cleared up nicely. Something to think about if you heading into the over 50 age and the ole' hands have stopped listening.
