I transcribed the melody line, the horn part is pretty simple, but I can't quite figure out the changes. Any help would be great.

hey, i came upon this post, and consequently, this forum, looking for a Strasbourg/St. Denis lead sheet. Im not the best at transcribing chords, but i would love to try and help. There is this great tool that can help geussing chords and melody, its called Transcribe! and you can get it at seventhstring.com i think. But i could lend my strengths to help you with chords if you could meet me halfway and give me the melody. im too lazy to do it my self :/

I actually got the chords worked out, but I am now working on the changes to Chris Potter's Next Best Western. If you could help me out with that, I would gladly give you a lead sheet for Strasbourg/St. Denis.
