You may want to read through this thread; http://forum.saxontheweb.net/showthread.php?84269-Playing-the-baritone-while-it-sits-in-a-stand
which covers a lot of this ground. In posts #34 & 35 Fader and I discuss using a stand similar to the one in the ebay link you posted above for bari. The YouTube clip he posted shows him using such a stand.

There are a few other options as well;

The Jiffy - http://www.bill-lewington.com/jiffy.htm
SaxRax Sax Stick - http://saxrax.com/Sax-stick
Andreas - http://bassic-sax.info/version5/about/gear/other-gear/adjustable-bass-stand

and you could probably make the Hercules work as well with a little customization but I like Fader's mash-up - simple, light and inexpensive.

And just for others reading this thread....

I have the Hercules Bari stand and also there Tall Alto/Tenor stand.
I am 6'1"
If the Hercules Bari stand was 8-10" taller it would be perfect.
I considered adding a T Shaped removable wood platform or some clamp-on legs.

The Hercules Tall Alto/Tenor stand will hold a Bari.
But the supports are much thinner than the Bari stand.
The Yoke from a Bari stand could be put on a tall stand.
BUT the stand-off support isn't long enough to put the horn at a good playing angle so that would have to be modified too.

Just ordered an "On Stage Tall" stand.
