Hey, there is alot of spit inside my sax and I don't have any material with me to clean it, my teacher says it's not a problem but I want to clean it, the notes aren't coming out as loud and it's sounding ugly, is there any other subtitution to clean my alto? like cleanex or something? just kidding about the cleanex..

well, get a padsaver or a swab, poor any spit out of the bell and pull the swab through.
if you are looking for a more thorough degunking, you could try stripping it down and putting the body into a vat of only mildly warm water with a bit of baking soda and possibly some salt in it.

Get a silk swab and swab it a couple times after you play.

The previous suggestion about the water would work, but it would be better to let a tech take care of that, since the keys would have to be adjusted when you put them back on.
