I am transcribing this song. I have the head down already and most of chorus. Since I don't have a keyboard or my guitar with me, I have to figure out the chords strictly by ear. Here's what I have been able to come up with. I heat it a a 6/8 in an ABAC form.

Can you post a link to a recording? The only one I found is just bass, drums and sax and sounds nothing like what you posted. It starts with a simple minor i-VI-ii-V with tri-tone subs on the VI and V.

Try this one:

I'm not so sure of the changes on the B section or the first part of C, but the rest look basically OK to me. I hear the A part as |Dm F6 | Bb7 A7 | - that's based on bass... but that's similar enough to what JLIMA has that there is no real difference. Functionally identical.
