Hey guys, I recently picked up the soprano a month or two ago, and I made this recording on my new mic.

Both are me, the left ear is the original and the right ear is the overdubbed. I understand that you might not want to listen to 8 minutes of less than expert soprano playing :), so if you want to skip ahead to around 2:45 thats fine. I consider the first 2:45 an "intro" of sorts.

anyway, any feedback would be much appreciated.

I'd highly recommend that everyone listen to the whole thing. Fine playing, great improv. Lots of feeling and communication. OK there are intonation issues, but hey, if that's the result of just one month, can't wait to hear what you sound like next month! There is an honesty to your tone and approach that is compelling. Great sense of composition and working off what you had already laid down in the first track.

An outstanding MUST LISTEN TO track.

Nice. This piece reminds me of Daniel Schnyder's music.
Overall impressive playing and well structured piece.Keeps one interested.
I have personal preferences when it comes to soprano playing/sound but that it is just my taste.
