Hey everyone! Here's the third video I did on the new 10mfan Alto Madness mouthpiece. This is a solo saxophone version of "There Will Never Be Another You." Solo sax means there's nowhere to hide - I hope you enjoy it!

Love this song! You make acapella look easy with such a fantastic rendition of this song. Definitely seems like you're enjoying that mouthpiece. Fantastic and thanks for making all this material!

Hi Dave
nice playing as always, my question to you,
I play the daddy,O.which I think is super,. now you've played the Daddy,O,showtime, and now The Alto madness!,so what are you hearing between the Three? in terms
of sound, projetion, brightness, would you have a favourite ? or would a piece favour a certain genre over another?.
Be interesting to know your thoughts?.

In terms of brightness, projection, and overall pop to the sound, it goes (from most to least) Showboat, Daddy-O, and Alto Madness. Showboat provides lots of brightness, volume, and projection, while the Alto Madness is much warmer and darker. The Daddy-O is a combination of the 2 and sits in the middle.

My favorite is the Alto Madness. I love a darker, quieter, more relaxed sound that I can push when needed (but still stay warm when playing aggressively!) and this piece gives me that. I can't wait to get my hands on the Ultem version!

JAZZCAT58---- The Showtime is one of my tenor names, and the alto model is called the Showboat. I am so glad you are loving the Daddy-O model! The Alto Madness will have more warmth and fatness, in comparison. The Daddy-O will have more brights and focus to the sound.

People keep asking me if the Alto Madness has red or orange stripes on the shank, because it looks that way in the picture in post 1.

The pieces are actually the same as all my others, with the gold stripes at the shank.
