I know this seems like a stupid question, and just a short while ago it would have been for sure. Now, however, I cannot find one at WWBW.com or anywhere else. Google brought no results. I can find entire mouthpieces but no ligatures. (Or caps.)

By the way, this would be a standard lig and cap for a Berg Metal.

I don't know why you'd want one. The modern offerings are junk; and I've just been through a couple of these pieces. I'd get a three band Selmer for it.
