Snarky Puppy and Mingo Fishtrap, Friday

Hey everyone in SOTWland,

My band, Snarky Puppy, played with Shortwhite's band, Mingo Fishtrap, on the first of this month, and it was a blast. So the logical thing to do is schedule an encore, right?

Snarky and Mingo will be playing at Hailey's Club in Denton, TX (corner of Mulberry and Elm) this Friday. Tunez should commence around 10. If you're in the area please shake your booties on over, if you were at the Granada show you know it's a great time, and if you weren't, you owe it to yourself to come check it out. If you're curious what we sound and look like like, both bands have stuff up on Youtube. Word.

Yeah Mingo had a blast playing with Snarky Puppy last time so let's do it again!

Come on out and help us all celebrate the DB awards for Snarky and Brian AND that night is our bass players birthday!

Brian, I've already put the discs in my bag.

The show was, to quote Borat, "great success" and Snarky and Mingo played to what looked like a sold-out crowd. Thanks a lot if anyone on SOTW came to the show, it was a great time and Mingo played their buns off, as always. I'm sure there will be more in the future.
