None of those is significant considering the age of the saxophone. The first photo showing a poor solder job is the one I would try to repair if you brought it to my shop. None would "devalue" the saxophone in my opinion since the saxophone is not in pristine condition to begin with.

Thank you--the solder issue is the only one that looked notable to me as well (but I'm not a tech and sought a more informed opinion).

BTW what estimate would you give to address that badly soldered post?

It takes longer if the surfaces need to be cleaned of corrosion or dirt first, which I consider likely.
