Sibelius 7 is now out, and they want $149 for the upgrade. I don't upgrade without a good reasons, so I'd like to know if anyone has version 7 and can say how it compares with version 6.

This upgrade has some features that interest me and any comments on these features would be especially appreciated: a redone user interface, a 38b Gb sound library, and 64-bit support. Any experience specific to Win 7-64 would also be appreciated.
