I started a 2 hour Jazz radio show here in west coast Canada which got me searching and exploring Jazz more than ever before. A large percentage of what I play is Hard Bop but I do explore BeBop, Swing, New Orleans Jazz as well as vocal Jazz. I've come across some some really great albums that were new to me. Here's a couple of my latest finds which I'd like to share:

What are some of your hidden gems you've found?

I really enjoy a young artist who is a jazz fusion kind of artist who goes buy the stage name "Feral Cat". He has fused Jazz, metal, Latin, Alternative Rock, etc. He has a long way to go but for a debut album seemingly out of nowhere he's a breath of fresh air.
