Serious problem with Tenor sax G (directly above the staff)

I'm struggling to achieve a solid sound on my tenor. I'm using a selmer, and a fairly large bore mouthpiece. I have tried using mouthpiece pitches and long tones but nothing helps. I especially have trouble with the G above the staff:space5: which will not play at all.
