I have a Buffet Evette clarnit was bought back in the early 60's.
The markings on it has a oval with the words Paris on top the EVETTE in the middle and under that France. On the outside bottom of oval is reads "made by Buffet Crampon" The only numbers on the two parts are "SK244" I have looked and cannot find any info for this number. The mouthpiece has the same oval but with the words " Buffet on top Crampon & Cie in middle and France on bottom. Also on the lower bottom by the cork has the word France and then a C. I'm looking to sell the clarinet and would like to have the correct info before I do. I'ts in excellent shape sounds nice and in the original case. Thank you for any help with this.
