So, I was rearranging my mouthpiece gearbox today and made an interesting discovery: an old Selmer C* Scroll Shank Bari piece. I'd completely forgotten about it- I got it in college from my dean of music.

Crazy thing to find, but then I haven't played bari in a long while.

Are these pieces worth anything? I'm not planning to sell, just curious.

Should be worth a lot.....I know if it was a vintage scroll for soprano it could be worth $350+ but the baris are even harder to find. Maybe someone will give you a better idea.

Thanks. And it was cool to have this post nominated!

Mine is in great shape except for the Selmer symbol being worn a lot due to the ligature rubbing.
I'd still like to know an value figure for what the piece would be worth. Or even when they were made.
