ITS FROM LATE 1960...ALMOST 1961.

There are many of us here who would be interested in buying that tenor.

I would be one of them. If original lacquer its worth alot. Even if relacquered, its worth good money.

Your serial number is a primo serial number in the selmer sax world. Dont sell the sax cheap, if you are thinking about selling it.

Its a very desirable horn.

Feel free to contact me at: [email protected]

send pics there please...thank you.

I think your horrn is from mid to late 1960 (most SN-charts say 1960: 85200-91300)
Pictures would be nice. I own two tenors in that range (8844x and 8847x) that are really great horns.

Thanks for the tips and information.
I have not thought about selling it.
(I am from Argentina).

It is a very good and I have it since 1980.
I had a Mark VII (1978) but this is best.
I have a mouthpiece Otto Link # 6 of metal
other Brilhart (1956)
and a Berg Larsen.

Today I play only with the Otto Link
but the best sound and tuning
I get with the Brilhart.

I use Rico Royal reeds 2 1/2.

Thank you
Guillermo
