I'd appreciate comments on how the new Selmer tenor flight case compares to the BAM Cabine tenor sax case. Both have limited space for accesories and both seem very protective, small & light. Both are expensive too...
Thanks!
I like the BAM. The Selmer is awesome, and seems to be more protective (thicker padding), but the BAM is a little more compact, which is nice when flying. BAM is cheaper too.
I've looked at the Cabine but prefer (and use) the Softpack and it's zipper and of course neither have Selmer embossed on them which can be a plus when traveling.
Selmer flight case with form-fit zip cover by Jean Cavallaro which really well for extra room with its zip pocket.
Also no need to zip the BAM case with the cover.
