Years ago I had a Selmer Mark VI Low A Bari Serial #. 70381

It was stolen in the early 90s. but is VERY recognizable:

Bell shortened,
High D larger tone hole soldered on
Low A mech moved and lengthened
shortened neck, although that might not be obvious
Dark lacquer.

#1. I'd love to know it is being enjoyed by some REAL player. I got a very good insurance claim and obtained a new Super Action II Bari that I did many alterations on and took to Selmer in Paris to show them the shortened bell. They now make their horn as I demonstrated. They made me a Selmer Artist for my time

BUT I'd still love to see and play that old friend someday... for old times sake!
