I know that BAM manufactures Selmer flight cases. I think BAM are better cases than Selmer ones. In fact, the zipper system gives me the feel that works better than the locks that the Selmer case has.

The Selmer has better looks for my taste, and playing a Selmer saxophone I like it to be the same brand... subjective indeed.

All around, I think the horn is more protected at the BAM case.

Just my thoughts,

JI

There's one thing I thought was cool about the Reference alto case. The little part under the horn that lifts out is exactly the right size to hold the Selmer 10 reed hard case. I don't know if it was planned that way, but way cool.
