Conn-Selmer's own list puts that horn in 1928 - Model 26. I'll bet it has more value as a player than it does for re-sale. Meaning, value is really subjective and it is only as valuable as the amount someone is willing to spend for it. If you found it and it is yours, play it. If someone else has it and wants money for it, that would help us reply in more detail. DAVE

while people will ask all sorts of money for them, 1500.00 would be tops for one set up and playing. they usually seem to go for 800 to 1100 needing work and 1100 to 1500 set up and playing...

they are more or less the same as the supers but with a different octave mechanism, no pants guard, usually no side f sharp guard, and a different tenon receiver... also they do not always have a front F..

they can play quite well, i had one form aroudn there that was one of the best sounding altos i have ever played.. unfortunately, the ergos were not so swell.
