Have anyone tried the Saxscape Downtown alto? From the web site: "High baffle, based on a Dukoff, for a Sanborn type sound". But there is no sound clips on the website.

For me - the Downtown is a lot of fun to play! Some of the bright pieces are just too much ... this one isn't. Great sound, easy to play, and reed friendly. I usually don't care for brighter pieces, but this is one of the few exceptions. Have had lot of positive comments with them as well. Will put up a sound clip soon. I am very happy to endorse this mouthpiece!

Very nice mpc, sounds a little like a vintage Dukoff VIBRACOM (black plastic)

How does it compare to the Beechler Bellite which all the contemporaty guys (inclunding me) are playing these days?
