Hello,

I am working on a new saxophone swab product and I am looking for some advice and reviews. I am creating sax (and other woodwind) swabs from old silk neckties. They are really fun and each is completely unique. Also, as you know, silk is ideal for using as a swab.

I've created a website that I would like to share. ClarinetCat.com I would love it if you would take a look at it and share your thoughts.

Thanks so much,

Reina

Great idea! When I lived in Louisiana every sax player I knew used a lead sinker weight on a line to a fish hook onto a silk tie as a sax swab. When you needed them for fishing they were right in your case! White silk bits are excellent lures!

Ha, that's awesome! I should make some swabs like that! I've got a few ties that have a fishing theme. How fun would it be to have a sax swab that doubles for fishing! Thanks for the idea.
