I use this with students...It's a boulibasse of long tone, over tone, Joe Allard, Joe Viola, Moyse flute, Trevor Wye flute and other goodies for your warm up expansion.

The slower you go the better result you get! Sorry about mentioning boulibasse LOL...I'm thinking of making some boulibasse today!! It's cold and damp here in Pennsylvania, been raining on n' off for days, so it's time for a pot of boulibasse.
Speaking of that, that could be a good Woodwind quintet tune title, Bach, Bird and boulibasse!!

Hey Tim!

Thanks man! This is a great one--I use it all the time. One alternate version I like to add in is to play each bar with as few fingerings as possible using overtones.
