Hello...

I've searched the forum, google, ebay, under my couch, in dumpsters, pawn shops, done pagan rituals, gone to church, etc and still haven't found a copy. Does anyone have any hints that might help me find a copy?

There's someone on eBay that sells a "2nd edition" of this, or did. Don't know what the copyright status of what they were selling was, or what if any changes were made from the original text.

If you just want to see a copy, use interlibrary loan. They can track down a copy at Butler University.
