Has anyone had much experience with these mouthpieces on bari sax? I just recently got a New Classic NC3 for my Yamaha alto and fell in love with it after comparing it with the stock Yamaha 4C, a Selmer S80 C* and a Vandoren Optimum AL3. It sings soooooo nicely that I thought I'd like it for doing classical work for baritone, but I'm not sure. My bari is an old Buescher True Tone.

Also, does anyone know if Rousseau intends to make a bari New Classic? I think I'd give him a hug if he did :-D

I play an 4R on bari. I like it quite a bit.

I used a Classic 5 for about 10 years, and liked it. However, I decided to try a Yani 5 and found this to be more responsive, although not all that loud. Very good for concert band, though.

I now have what is effectively a Morgan 6 which is so smooth as to be almost unbelievable. It does not appear to be loud, but the projection is there.

So, yes Rousseaus are fine, but I think there are better ... for me.
