Is Jimmy the guy singing or the guy who plays the tenor solo?

During the birth of Rock n' Roll, The Alan Freed radio show often is cited as playing a critical role "promoting the mix of blues, country, rhythm and blues music under the name of rock n roll."

In 1956, the movie "Rock, Rock, Rock", opening with Alan Freed, was a box office smash. Playing tenor on the title track (1:03 mark) was the great Jimmy Cavallo, along with Joe Marillo.
