Request help to find curved head joint to fit DiMedici Alto flute

I am starting to have age-related mechanical issues (my neck and shoulders) when playing my alto flute. "Stop playing" is not yet an acceptable answer.

Might anyone know what other brands have compatible dimensions with the Dimedici alto flute? I have already heard from one SotW member that uses an Arista head joint, but those cost more than the instrument - still a consideration, but not my #1 choice (yet).

Is the current production Jupiter alto flute the same as the prior DiMedici?
