I assume you are looking for the old type. If so, the only source I ever had was Selmer. You may contact Beechler for some leads. If all else fails, you may need to craft one from a raw block.

That's right, the old style, I'm surprised they are so hard to find. Maybe someone should start making them, there's a lot of old level-air's out there. Thanks

If its just a tooth gouge, I can repair them for $25. I do not have replacements. I do not get much call for them. Like one a year if that.
