There's a vintage Rene Dumont tenor listed on Ebay today (the 20th). Is that neck pulled down? It looks very odd. Could it be that the photo was taken at a rakish angle?

Right. Why look for trouble?
There are lots of comparable and better saxes out there that are far less questionable at or around the same price.

For example, this Blessing tenor looks like a pretty nice Buescher stencil.

I figured it was most likely a PDN. I didn't give the long Ebay number because it's easier to just enter "Rene Dumont" in the search engine. Easy because that's the only one listed on the 20th. A definite pass on that one!
