I take it that you mean the E/B lever's inner post, buried in the timber. Why would you want to remove it? IMO clarinet posts are best left well alone unless there is a very good reason for removing them.

I suppose you could take out the outer post, screw the rod into the inner post, and turn it just enough to loosen the post. Then you just may be able to hold the post enough (with tweezers, one side in the thread hole) to work it out.

Alternatively there may be enough metal to cut (with very small bur in a Dremel or similar) a screw driver slot.
