Reference 54 Alto Key Heights

Question for Ref 54 alto owners and techs on here...

What are some average key heights you've seen on the low B and Bb for the reference 54 alto? how about the palm keys? my horn is just out of the factory but palms look low and low B and Bb look low...

Measurements anyone?
