I know this is very subjective and I don't want to open a can of worms but please indulge me.
I believe I read some Phil recommends RSJ reeds for his mouthpieces and I thought I saw a thread once where he gave suggested reed strengths for his various tip openings. (ex. RJS 3S with a 7*).
Does anyone have this information anywhere or did I completely imagine it?

If using the 'Search Function' has failed to retrieve this informantion you can always send him an email, or use the telephone and ask him in person.
I'm sure he would be happy to share his thoughts on this subject.

I have a Barone HR in an 8* and I usually use Rico orange box or Hemke 2s' with good results. :)

I tried searching but failed to yield the results.
I know he's open to calling and talking but I feel as though he probably has better ways to be using his time.

Yeah, Sometimes the search function isn't very helpful.
I don't know if he has that info on his website. You've probably already checked it out though....
I'm sure you'll find what you need pretty soon.

I don't know if he recommends the same for all players on all mouthpieces but when I ordered my Hollywood 7* he told me to use Jazz Select in either 2h unfiled or 3s filed. I told him what I was trying to achieve and he recommended the mouthpiece and reed combo that he thought would best help me reach my goal. In my case, he was right.
