I recently bought a used red Runyon 5 plastic Alto mouthpiece.
It has the serial number 36xx on the side.
It plays very well and has good intonation.
My King Zephyr Alto sounds great with this mpc.

Does anyone know what year this mouthpiece could be from?

Various facing charts say the tip opening 5 means an opening of 0.072.
But it seems to me that it is closer to 0.078.
