Hello all!

I've got a hard rubber Vandoren Optimum BL4 bari mouthpiece that I want closed off from .090'' to .080'' and would like to have the beak re-shaped. There is plenty of material on the sides, I'd just like to have it shaved down a little so it's more comfortable in the mouth, and I'd like a fast turn around time. I've got little cash so I was hoping to trade a vintage German/Czech made alto in great playing condition for the work but want to keep it local because I don't want to ship the horn out unless I absolutely must and I don't want to wait two weeks for the piece to ship out and back to me as I need the piece done ASAP.

Anybody know of any quality refacers in Southern California (LA/OC County areas) that I should give a call?

Thanks,
-Scott

John Yoakum also does excellent work. He used to be based out of Venice, CA but I have lost contact with him.
