I love the piece by Ravel, Piece en Forme De Habanera. I have heard recordings of this with orchestra. Does anyone know where you can get the orchestral parts for this? I am wanting to play this on soprano with an orchestra. I don't know if a band arrangement exists, but I would consider that also.

John Harle and Branford Marsalis each recorded this piece on soprano with orchestra. Michel Colombier arranged it for Branford. I'm traveling and am away from my library so I cannot say who arranged for Harle.
