I'm not up on these. Are they easy to resell???


Could you guys tell me what the mauriat 1-piece 66r model sop is worth?

He said its basically new...just tested at the store.

They don't resell for too much there. I've seen them going in the 1400-1700 range I think. That was a few months ago now, but I believe thats what it was going for on ebay when I was watching it. It also sat around for a few weeks before getting picked up, which is why i was watching it .

I think $1000-1200 would be a 'fair' price for someone to pick it up fast. It may be 'new' but to some folks....they are still used/2nd hand.
Maybe I'm a vintage nut...but I don't really think these horns measure up to say an old Buescher or even an old Conn (which could be had for about the same price).
Just my 2 cents worth...don't flame me. IMHO only.
And I suppose most of your customers go for vintage...like me
