I was 'avin a shufty, like, at a few threads containing polls - and it struck me that if I compared the number of people that viewed the thread with the number of people that particpated in the poll, there's was nearly always a huuuuuge difference.
Why is that?
I s'pose if the poll was about something quite specific ( "If your name is Larry, have you had an embarrassing disease?" ) I could understand - but a lot of the polls are quite general ( "Did Charlie Parker play the saxophone?" ).
So I thought I'd ask...
