As far as the make, it's either an A-4 or A-5. Given the bell-to-body brace and the lack of a High F#, I'd call it a late A-4. I think it was made with leftover parts, so the internal part of the body could be an A-5 - but without Yanagisawa's actual records or the sale receipt we have no way of knowing for certain.
What we can be sure of is that it is not an A-50, A-600, A-800, or A-880.
