Go to your tech and ask them if they can come up with a decent match from their box of loose, unidentified point screws.

Not being a wiseguy....this is probably the fastest way....
Well, the closest tech is on the other side of the country, and in these days travelling is not recommended... But you're right, I should take measures and specify what I'm looking for. I was hoping for someone in the SOTW community might sit on some. :)

I'm guessing that the Buffet Selmer Beaugnier LeBlanc pivot screws are all either the same or real similar.

Worst case, you send one to a good machine shop experienced with small parts and have them make you up 50 pcs, one of which you use and the rest of which you sell to other Buffet owners.

Does the screw you need look like either of these images? The first are specs from the Allied Catalog. The second is from Dawkes. Also this link Buffet Crampon will show the parts (spares) for current instruments as well as the dealers you can contact in Sweden.

It's very unlikely to find spare Buffet S1 pivot screws... but maybe they are the same as some other pivot screws, either other Buffet instruments (e.g. bass clarinets) or other company which made instruments for Buffet (Keilwerth, maybe Jupiter).

Do you have a way to measure them? Even a half decent macro photo with a ruler next to it or measuring with a caliper might be able to at least have a guesstimate or narrow it down to a good candidate.

Here is the replacement parts (spares) page from the Buffet Crampon site. It shows a pivot screw and gives a part number. Any Buffet Crampon dealer with a repair shop could probably order a few of these and send them to you.
