Penzel Clarinet question

Hello Everyone,

I have one Penzel lower joint and upper joint pieces, serial #8039 and wanted some info on them. I've tried to research them on the web but couldn't find much info at all and everything came up Penzel-Muller. These pieces I have just say Penzel New York on them. They were my grandfathers so I think they are older.
